PREPARING TO FIGHT YOUR TICKET

To fight a ticket successfully, you will need two things:

• an understanding of procedure
• a strategy

We will cover both in the following tutorials.

This may take an hour or so of your time, but if you want to win a fight, you do have to prepare. Besides, most tickets in California are so expensive now that you still get a reasonable hourly return on your preparation and court time when you win.

Having said that, let's take a look at procedure.
