THE DECISION

Within a few weeks after the hearing, the judges will hand down their decision.

Hopefully they will reverse the lower court.

Should they reverse the lower court, they will remand the case (i.e., send it back) to the lower court with instructions to dismiss.

If you posted bail and win your appeal it can take a few weeks for the lower court to actually dismiss the case; then it can take the County Treasurer a month or two to mail your check.
